Our office is located at 401 and 402 in the Amar Neptune building. It’s on S.No. 6/1/1 in Baner. STAR GK REALTY LLP has been here for a while. Baner is such a crowded area now, but it’s where everything is happening in Pune. We are on the fourth floor, so we get a bit of a view of the street below. Usually, the traffic is crawling, especially during office hours. We are a small group of people just doing our jobs. We don't have any fancy speeches or big missions. We just show up, handle the property inquiries, and deal with the usual office chores. The Amar Neptune building is pretty well-known, so it isn't hard for people to find us. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who are looking for a place in Pune City. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with maps and files everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s a very grounded way of working. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just like being part of the Baner community. There are a lot of cafes around here, so we often go out for a quick bite when things get slow. Working at STAR GK REALTY LLP is just a normal thing for us. We handle the paperwork, talk to the locals, and try to keep things as simple as possible. It’s just us in 401 and 402, doing what we do every day.
