Our business is called SSKS Properties LLP. We are located at Flat No 501 in the Supreme Esteban building, which is on South Main Road, Lane No 7 in Koregaon Park. It’s a well-known area and we’ve been based in this fifth-floor flat for a good while. The office is quite practical and doesn’t have any of that corporate shine you might find elsewhere. We just have our desks and our equipment set up to handle property matters. Koregaon Park is a busy neighborhood, so there is always a lot of movement on South Main Road. Lane 7 is a bit tucked away, which makes it a slightly better place to actually get some work done. We handle all sorts of real estate tasks from this office, mostly focusing on the local area. It’s not a large operation, just a few of us making sure the paperwork and client meetings go as they should. You have to go into the Supreme Esteban building and take the lift up to the fifth floor to find us. We don’t spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just rely on being here and doing the work. The office feels like a normal workplace, maybe a bit lived-in, but it’s where we do everything. It’s a simple setup for a property firm, and we are happy staying right here in Koregaon Park where all the action is. We just focus on the properties and the people who need our help.
