Running a real estate office in Kondhwa Khurd keeps us on our feet quite a bit. Our space is over at Bramha Majestic, right on the Nibm Road, which is a spot that sees a lot of traffic these days. The office is at number 30, and it's usually filled with maps of the area and stacks of property files. We spend a lot of time driving back and forth to Saki Vihar Road to look at different sites. It’s not like what you see on TV; it’s mostly just making phone calls and waiting for people to show up for viewings. Some days are slow, and we just sit around drinking tea and talking about how much the land prices have gone up lately. Other days, we don't even have time to eat lunch because there are so many people asking about flats. The building we are in, Bramha Majestic, is a well-known landmark, so people usually find us without needing a map. We try to keep things organized, but when you have so many different papers for different buildings, it gets a bit cluttered. It’s a local business, so we know which lanes are too narrow for cars and where the water issues are. We just tell people what we know about the neighborhood. It’s a busy life, but being in Kondhwa makes it interesting and there is always something new to learn about the market.
