We’ve set up Spm Creative Solutions Private Limited in Hadapsar, inside the DSK Sundarban complex. Our specific spot is Flat E-603. It’s a residential area, so it’s got a bit of a slower pace than the city center, which we actually prefer for our daily work. Hadapsar can get pretty crowded during the day, but once you get inside S.No 174, it’s not too bad. We’ve been operating from this flat for a while. It’s got everything we need—a few desks, some decent internet, and a small kitchen for making snacks and tea. We do creative work, so sometimes the place is a bit of a mess with sketches or notes, but that’s just how we get things done. Being in Pune, the weather is usually okay, and we get a nice breeze on the sixth floor. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to finish our projects and make sure people are satisfied with what we’ve done. It’s a small team, mostly just a few of us who have known each other for years. We don't do formal meetings. Usually, we just talk across the room while we’re working on our own things. DSK Sundarban is a big place, so we always tell people to look for Wing E specifically. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. We aren't looking to grow into some massive firm. We like it just the way it is right now.
