Spetses Properties LLP is based out of Chinchwad in Pune. Our office is located at 703/18, Dheeraj Residency, specifically Unit No. 5 on Nakshtra Commercial Street in Shivtej Nagar. Chinchwad is a bustling place and we are right in the thick of it. We spend most of our time handling property stuff for people around the 411019 area. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We have a modest office where we keep our files and meet with clients. Most of the people who work here have been in the area for years. We know the streets and the buildings pretty well. Our day usually involves a lot of talking to people about their property needs. Sometimes we are out looking at sites and other times we are stuck behind the desk doing paperwork. We don't use big words or make things sound more complicated than they are. Buying or selling property is a big deal for people, so we just try to be straight with them. Nakshtra Commercial Street is a busy spot, so there is always something going on outside our window. We like being part of the local business community in Shivtej Nagar. It’s a lot of hard work keeping track of everything, but we’ve got a good system going. We just do our bit and help people navigate the local property scene as best as we can. It’s a living and it keeps us busy from morning till evening.
