Spare Land Realty LLP is our little company, and you can find us at Shop No 2, H N 2424 in the Kumar Pavillion building on Thimaya Road. We picked this spot because it’s right on a main road and easy for people to reach. It’s a small shop, not one of those big glassy offices you see in the city center. We like it that way because it feels more like a local business. Thimaya Road is usually humming with activity, and being in Kumar Pavillion means there’s always people around. We spend our time here looking over land details and chatting with folks about their property needs. It’s a bit of a tight fit with all our desks and files in one shop, but it gets the job done. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals we talk about. We just come in, open the shop, and do our work. Sometimes it’s quiet and sometimes it’s really busy with people dropping in. We handle the typical real estate paperwork and try to keep everything organized, though the office can get a bit cluttered sometimes. If you’re walking by Thimaya Road, you’ll see our shop at number two. It’s a simple, honest place where we work on local land deals.
