You’ll find our office at 839 Raviwar Peth, right on Airport Road. We’re quite close to the Central Bank of India, which is a good landmark for people coming to see us. Dealing with insurance and investments is what we do all day. It involves a lot of reading through papers and explaining things to people who come in. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it’s comfortable enough for a long conversation. We have files stacked up on the shelves and a few chairs for visitors. It’s usually just the two of us handling the phones and the walk-ins. Raviwar Peth is a crowded area, so there’s always life outside the door. We see a lot of the same people every year when it’s time to renew their papers. It isn’t the kind of place with flashy screens or modern art on the walls. We just have our desks and our calculators. Sometimes the tea stall guy brings over a few cups while we’re working. We try to be clear about how things work without using too many big words. It’s steady work and we like helping our neighbors figure out their finances. Being near the bank is handy for everyone. We’ve been at this location for a long time. Our desks are usually covered in forms and pens. It’s a modest setup but we get the job done for the folks who come in.
