Sonawale Ajages Real Estate is located at 13 Viman Nagar. Viman Nagar is a great area, and being at number 13 puts us right where we need to be to keep an eye on the local property market. Our office is a simple one, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it is just us and a lot of talk about flats and shops. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we’ve seen how much it has changed. It used to be much quieter, but now there is always something going on. We spend our mornings catching up on messages and our afternoons out showing properties to people. Sometimes we have to show the same flat five times in one day, which can get a bit repetitive, but it’s part of the job. We don’t use any polished scripts when we talk to clients. We just tell them what we know about the building and the landlord. Sometimes a place has a few issues, and we make sure to mention them because nobody likes surprises later. It’s a very hands-on business. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local office trying to help people find a decent place to live or work without too much fuss. There's always a lot of coffee being drunk and a lot of keys being jangled around.
