Socioholics Interactive Private Limited is located out in Narhe Gaon, near the Vrundavan Mangal Karyalaya. Being in this part of Pune is interesting because it’s a mix of old village vibes and new businesses. Our address is Survey Number 03/08. It’s not a shiny skyscraper, just a regular building where we’ve set up our computers. We do interactive stuff, which mostly means we spend a lot of time looking at screens and testing things out. The area can be a bit dusty with all the construction going on, but we don't mind much. We have a small team of people who actually like talking to each other. We don't use those corporate buzzwords that nobody understands. We just say what we mean. Sometimes we take a walk around Narhe to clear our heads when a project gets frustrating. It’s a good way to see what's happening in the real world. We’ve got a couple of old fans that make a clicking sound, but they keep us cool. We keep our records in some metal cabinets and try to stay on top of the work. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to be fair to everyone we work with. It’s a simple, local business life. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just focus on the task at hand and get through the week together.
