Society Plus

We are located up on the 2nd floor of the Prestige Point building in Shukrawar Peth. The address is 79, and we are in the Nizampura area, right behind the Bajirao Road Telephone Exchange. It is a very central spot in the city, which is helpful. Prestige Point is a busy place with a lot of different offices and people coming and going. At Society Plus, our office space is usually a bit cluttered with stacks of files and heavy ledgers. We do a lot of administrative work, so there is almost always paper everywhere you look. The noise from the traffic on Bajirao Road usually drifts up through the windows, so it is never truly silent in our rooms. We have grown to like the constant hum of the city, though. To get to us, you have to take the stairs or the small lift up to the second floor. It is not the most modern or polished building in town, but it has its own character. We spend most of our time helping people navigate their housing society issues. This involves a lot of careful reading and typing. We are not corporate types at all; we are more like the people you would meet at a local neighborhood tea stall. We drink a lot of chai during the day to stay focused on the paperwork. Sometimes the building gets really crowded in the afternoons, especially near the exchange.
