Smart Card Manufacturers'S Association

Smart Card Manufacturers'S Association is based out of Plot No- P 1/2 in the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park. We are in Phase 1 of Hinjewadi, which is a pretty well-known spot for anyone in the tech world around here. It’s basically an association where people involved in making smart cards come together. We have this plot of land and a building where we keep our files and hold our meetings. It is a bit of a drive out to Hinjewadi depending on where you live, but it’s the place to be for this kind of work. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with some meeting rooms and desks. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different manufacturers and keeping track of what’s happening in the industry. It’s more of a logistical and networking hub than a factory. We don't really do big marketing campaigns for ourselves because the people who need to know we are here already do. It’s a professional but simple environment. The park is huge, so finding the right plot can be a bit tricky the first time, but we’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the furniture. We just focus on the standards and the community of makers that we support from this Hinjewadi office. It’s a busy place but we keep our corner of it pretty organized.
