Shashi Printers

Shashi Printers is located in Shop No-7 of the Ashoka Park Building. We are right on Sinhagad Road, specifically in the Hingne Khurd Vithalwadi area. This part of the road is always packed with cars and buses, so there’s a lot of movement outside our door. The shop is tucked into the building, and it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. We have our big printing presses and cutting machines taking up most of the floor space. It smells like paper and ink as soon as you walk in. We don’t really have a fancy waiting area for customers; people usually just stand by the counter while we chat about what they need. We’ve been in the Ashoka Park Building for a few years now and have gotten to know the other shop owners nearby. Sometimes we help each other out with small things. The work we do is pretty repetitive, but it keeps us busy. We often have stacks of brochures or cards waiting to be picked up by the door. On rainy days, the water sometimes splashes in from the street, so we have to be careful with the paper stock. It’s a very local operation, and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and get the printing done for whoever walks through the door.
