We are based at Shop Number 15 in Wing B of Centre Point. The address is CTS No. 6616, Plot No. 491. We are right at Mitramandal Chowk in the Parvati area. If you know Pune, you know how busy that chowk can be. Sisodia And Ranawat Properties Llp is right in the middle of it. The shop is small but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. It’s a bit noisy with all the vehicles outside, but you get used to it after a while. We have a glass front so we can see everyone passing by. Most of our morning is spent cleaning the dust off the desks and checking our emails. We don’t have any fancy brochures or anything. We just talk to people who come in. Sometimes we have tea brought over from the stall across the road. The Wing B section is quite easy to find once you get to Centre Point. We’ve been here for a while and we like the location because it’s so central. There are lots of other shops around us, so it feels like a lively place to work. We aren't trying to be some big national chain. We are just local people working in the Parvati area. Our day is usually full of small tasks and lots of conversations. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We just take it one day at a time.
