Sincro Digital Marketing (India) Private Limited is located in Pune, specifically in the Yerwada area. We have our office in the Binarius building, which is part of the Deepak Complex. We’re spread across the 9th and 10th floors. It’s right across from the golf course on Shastri Nagar, which is a nice landmark to have. The view from the windows is actually quite pleasant, with all that greenery. Even though we have two floors, it’s not a stiff or formal place. It’s just a big space filled with people and computers. We have a lot of different projects going on at once. The atmosphere is generally energetic, with a lot of talk about digital marketing. We have a small canteen area where we take our breaks and have tea. The lifts in the building can be a bit slow when everyone is trying to go to lunch, but that’s how it goes in these big complexes. We don’t have any grand mission statements on the walls. We just have our work and our teams. Most of us have been here for a while, so it feels familiar and comfortable. Yerwada is a good location because it’s easy for most of the staff to get to. It’s a professional setup, but we keep it down-to-earth. We focus on the daily tasks and try to keep things organized without making it too complicated.
