Silicon Polymers

We are located at Post Parandwadi in the Maval Taluka. If you are familiar with the area near Pune, you know Parandwadi is a bit more rural and open than the city. It is a nice change from the crowded industrial estates. We work with polymers here. The air is a bit fresher, though the sun can be quite sharp during the day. Our facility is a straightforward building where we keep our materials and do the processing. It is a quiet location, mostly surrounded by greenery and some other small units. We have been here for a while and have become part of the local landscape. The workers usually come from the nearby villages and walk or cycle in. We do not have any corporate protocols or fancy dress codes. Most of us are in work clothes because things can get a bit messy when you are dealing with polymer materials and heat. Maval is a beautiful area, and having the business here means we do not have to deal with city traffic every day. We spend our days managing the stock and making sure the batches are done right. It is a lot of physical work and keeping an eye on the mixtures. We do not really have a big office for visitors to sit in. Most people just meet us right on the work floor.
