Sihi Realty LLP is situated in the Aura Appartment building over in Haveli. Specifically, we are up on the 8th floor in Flat No. 801. Being a bit higher up gives us a decent view of the surroundings in the 411045 area. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass building. We work out of this apartment space. It makes the whole business feel a bit more grounded and real. We deal with property and realty matters all around this part of Pune. It’s a lot of coordinating between different people and making sure the documents are in order for everyone involved. The team here is small. We mostly just focus on getting things done without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been around for a while and have seen how the neighborhood has changed over the years with all the new constructions. Some days are quite busy with people coming in and out, while other days we just spend time catching up on the local news and property trends. We don't go in for big marketing speeches or anything like that. We just talk to people like regular neighbors.
