We operate out of Flat No. S 1 in Chanakya Apartments. It’s located on Plot No. 17 in Trilochan Nagar. It’s more of a residential-style setup, which suits us just fine. We do design work here. It’s quiet mostly, which helps with the concentration. The apartment isn't huge, but it fits our desks and the few bits of gear we need. Trilochan Nagar is a decent neighborhood. We started Sigtech Designs Llp because we wanted a place to just do our own thing without too much noise. You’ll usually find a couple of us hunched over screens. It’s not a big corporate office with a receptionist. You just come to the flat. We probably should organize the cables better, but they are tucked away for now. It’s an honest setup. We handle the design tasks as they come in. There isn't much to say about the history; we just found this spot and stayed. Sometimes the neighbors walk by, and it feels like a very local, small-scale operation. That’s exactly how we like it. The Chanakya building is older, but it’s sturdy. We have everything we need right here. Just a small group trying to make things look right. We don’t go in for big marketing talk. We just sit at the desks and draw or plan. It’s a simple life at Plot 17. We keep some plants on the balcony to make it feel less like a workplace, even though it's an apartment. It's homey. We like the natural light.
