Our office is tucked away in the Anupam Complex on Karve Road, right at the S No 2 area of Kothrud Sakinaka. It’s a busy building with a lot of people coming and going. We don't have a big staff or a fleet of cars. It's mostly just sitting at the desk, looking through files, and talking to people who want to move into the neighborhood. The office is small, with just a couple of desks and some old maps of the Kothrud area pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around to show flats to people who are looking for a place. Karve Road is always packed with traffic, so we hear the honking all day long. We don't have a big marketing budget or shiny brochures. Most of our work comes from people who just walk in or heard about us from a neighbor. Sometimes we sit there for hours with just the ceiling fan for company, waiting for a call. Dealing with property papers can be a headache with all the fine print, but we just take it one step at a time. We usually have a pot of tea going, and if someone comes in, we offer them a glass while we talk about the local prices. It’s a simple, straightforward way to handle things without any of the big talk you get from larger firms.
