Shweta Real Estate

Shweta Real Estate is a small shop, number 10 to be exact, inside Krishna House. We are located in Fatima Nagar on 3rd Main, right in the Basappa Layout area. The office is pretty simple, with a couple of desks and some chairs for when people stop by to chat about property. We spend a lot of time looking at listings and talking to owners or folks looking for a place to stay. It’s a local business, so we mostly focus on the apartments and houses right here in the neighborhood. We aren't some big agency with a glass building. We just know the streets and the buildings around Fatima Nagar quite well. Often, we are out showing a flat to someone or checking on a property that just became available. The paperwork for renting or buying can be a real headache, so we spend a lot of time at the desk going through forms and making phone calls. It gets a bit dusty in the office with the window open, but we like being part of the local scene. People usually just drop in if they see the door open. We don't have a big marketing budget; we just talk to people and try to find a good match for whatever they need in this part of town. Sometimes the phone rings all day, and other days it’s quiet enough to catch up on filing. We just take it day by day and try to be helpful to the neighbors.
