Shubham Estate

We set up shop at 1 Sinhagad Road, right by the Old Court Road near the Kailash Cinema Chowk. It’s a well-known corner in Rohini, so people don’t usually have trouble finding us. Shubham Estate is basically an office where we talk about property and land. It’s a small space with a few chairs for visitors and maps on the walls. We don't have those glossy touch-screens or fancy presentations. We prefer to just sit down with a cup of tea and talk through things. The traffic outside the chowk can be a nightmare during rush hour, but it brings a lot of people past our door. We’ve been working in this area for years, so we know the local streets and who owns what. It’s a bit of a dusty office sometimes, especially with the window open to let in a breeze. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phone and meeting people who are looking for a place. Sometimes we’re out on-site more than we are in the office, so the door might be locked for an hour here or there. It’s a simple, local business. We don't use big words to sound important. We just know the neighborhood and try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. It’s just how we run things around here.
