We go by the name Shriya Real Solutions LLP. Our office is located in Laxminagar, right here in Pune city. We are set up at L-3/38 in the MHB colony, c/o Atul Kakde. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood office. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just work on real estate solutions for people in the area. Laxminagar is a busy place, and being in the 411009 district keeps us right in the middle of everything. We spend our days going through property records and meeting with folks who have questions about land or housing. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a floor of secretaries or anything fancy. Usually, it’s just a couple of us handling the phones and the walk-ins. We've lived in Pune for a long time, so we know how the local market fluctuates throughout the seasons. We try to give people the straight story without any of the extra fluff you see in big advertisements. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped with all the maps and documents piled up, but we manage just fine. People know us in the colony as the ones to talk to about property matters. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we just do our jobs and try to be helpful to the people who live around here. It’s a decent way to spend the day and we like being part of the Laxminagar community. We are usually here if you need to stop by.
