Shri Gajanan Real Estate

So, we are over at Shri Gajanan Real Estate. Our little office is at 11 Patil Nagar, which most people around here know as the Kabutar Khana area. It is right on Kothrud Road. If you are coming from the PMT Depot on Paud Road, you basically just have to head this way and you will find us pretty easily. It is not a fancy place, just a regular spot where we handle property things. Kothrud is always busy, especially with the buses coming and going from the depot nearby. Sometimes the traffic on Paud Road gets a bit much, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We have been here for a while now, so we know the neighbors and the local shops quite well. Usually, someone is in the office if you happen to walk by Patil Nagar. It gets quite dusty sometimes with all the vehicles passing, but we just keep the doors open and get on with our work. There are lots of people looking for places to stay or shops to rent in this area, so there is always something to talk about. We do not really do much advertising or anything like that. Most folks just see the sign when they are heading towards the depot or coming back from work. It is a practical location for us since everything we need is right within walking distance on Kothrud Road.
