Shree Sha Real Estate

Shree Sha Real Estate is based out of Vadgaon Sheri, right in the Guru Nanak Motor Market area. We are in Shinde Apartment, which is on Nirankari Street. It’s a busy little pocket near Brahma Suncity and right opposite the Siddhivinayak Temple. Most of our day involves people walking in to ask about flats or shops nearby. The motor market is always noisy with cars and people, so it's a lively place to be. Our office isn't very large, just some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of maps and files on the walls. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, walking around the neighborhood to look at different properties with clients. Being near the temple means we hear the bells and see the crowds on Tuesdays. It gives the place a good feel. Real estate is mostly about talking to people and understanding what they need for their families. We handle a lot of paperwork which can be a headache sometimes, but it's part of the job. We have been in Shinde Apartment for a good while, so we know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers well. It is a simple business, and we just try to keep things clear and honest with everyone who walks through the door. The traffic on Nirankari Street can be a bit much at times, but we like the location.
