You can find us at Shop No.5 in the Anant Manohar Apartment over in Bhusari Colony. We are right behind the Balaji Automobiles showroom on Paud Road in Kothrud. It’s a popular part of Pune, and things stay busy around here. Shree Samarth Real Estate is a local setup where we spend our days talking to people about homes and commercial spaces. Kothrud has changed so much since we started, with more people wanting to live in this part of town. We spend a lot of time walking through the colony and checking on different flats. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have a few people in at once, but we make it work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and meeting people at the property sites. We know the lanes of Bhusari Colony like the back of our hand. If you’re looking for something specific, we probably know who to ask. We try to keep things simple for everyone involved. Buying or renting can be stressful, so we just try to be a calm presence in the middle of it all. It’s a lot of back and forth with owners and tenants. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know us. We just enjoy being part of the Kothrud community and helping out where we can. It's a good place to be for a small business.
