We operate out of number 10 in Sitafal Wadi, over on Dr Mascarenas Road in Yerwada. It’s an older part of the neighborhood and it has a lot of character. Our office is small and tucked away, but we like it that way. I’ve lived around here for most of my life, so I know the shortcuts and the history of the buildings on this street. Most of the work we do involves helping people find rentals or small shops in the Yerwada area. It’s not always easy because space is tight, but we manage. I spend a lot of my afternoon walking around to see which properties are coming up for lease. People often just stop me on the street to ask for advice. Back at the office, it’s just me and a few old files. We don’t have any glossy brochures or fancy presentations. If you want to know about a place, we just take you there to see it for yourself. It’s more honest that way. Sometimes the paperwork takes a while because the old records are hard to track down, but we stick with it until it’s done. It’s a quiet, steady life here in Sitafal Wadi. We just try to be helpful to the people who live and work nearby. It isn't anything fancy, just a local shop doing its bit.
