Shree Janseva Estate

Shree Janseva Estate is over in the Swargate area. Our office is 201 in the Pushpa Prestige Building on Pune Satara Road. We are right opposite the Utsav Hotel, which is a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. We are also near the Bhuyandev Cross Road. Dealing with real estate means we spend a lot of time looking at plots and flats. Our office is where we keep all the maps and the legal documents. It’s a bit of a climb to the second floor if the power is out, but usually, it’s fine. We’ve seen the Swargate area change a lot over the years. New buildings coming up and old ones being pulled down. We mostly handle local properties around Pune Satara Road. It’s a busy office, especially on weekends when people have time to look at houses. We aren't a big corporate agency. It’s just a few of us who know the local land records and who is selling what. We have a lot of tea and talk to a lot of people every day. Sometimes a deal goes through quickly, and other times it takes months of arguing over the price. That’s just how the property market works. We don't promise anything crazy. We just show what’s available and help with the signatures. It’s simple and it works for us.
