Shree Ganesh Real Estate

We operate out of Datta Niwas Bunglow, which is right over in Azad Nagar, Kothrud. It’s pretty close to Sutar Hospital, so it’s easy to find us if you’re in the neighborhood. Shree Ganesh Real Estate is basically just a few of us who know the local area really well. We spend a lot of our time walking around the different blocks and talking to people about houses and land. Kothrud is a big place, but we try to keep track of what’s happening on every single street. Our office at number 2 is simple. We have a couple of desks and some old maps on the wall. It’s not one of those high-end places with glass walls and receptionists. We prefer it this way because people feel more comfortable just dropping in for a tea and a chat. Sometimes we’re out on sites all day in the sun, and other times we’re stuck doing paperwork in the bungalow. Real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and the changing prices, but we’ve been at it for long enough to know how it works. We don't promise anything crazy or impossible. We just show people what’s available and help them figure out the paperwork details. It's a lot of phone calls and a lot of driving around. But at the end of the day, we’re just locals helping people find a place.
