If you walk down Shitole Nagar in Sangavi, Pune, you will find Shree Balaji Mobile Shopee at Sr No 13-1. We have been in this spot for a while now, dealing with all sorts of phone issues. Mostly, people come in because they dropped their phone and the screen is a mess. We also spend a lot of time helping people pick out a new case or some headphones. It is a small shop but we pack a lot of things onto the shelves. The lights are bright so we can see the tiny parts inside the phones when we have to open them up. Pune 411027 is a busy area and we get a lot of locals dropping by after they finish work. We also do a lot of recharges and sell SIM cards. There is usually some music playing in the background to keep things lively. It gets quite crowded in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. We just try to help everyone who walks through the door as fast as we can. Some days it is just about fixing a charging port or explaining how a new phone works. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. It is a decent place to work and we like seeing the same faces from the neighborhood coming back whenever they need something.
