My name is part of Shree Aniruddha Estate Agency. We are located at number 11 in Karve Nagar. It’s specifically in Survey No 37, within the Nanded City area. We operate out of Swagat Apartment. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than the main city centers. We deal with property and things like that. The office is just a room in the apartment building. It’s not a big corporate office. We have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. I’ve lived in Karve Nagar for a long time so I know the streets around here pretty well. Nanded City has been growing a lot lately, so there is always something going on. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of agents. It’s mostly just me and a couple of people I trust. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around showing people different spots. Swagat Apartment is easy to find if you know the area. We like it here because it feels like a community. People stop by to ask questions or just to say hello. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what we know about the houses and the land. It’s a practical way to run a business. The streets around here are usually lined with scooters and people going to the market. We see the same faces every day, which is nice. Sometimes we grab tea at the stall around the corner.
