Shraddha Phatak

My place is located in Karve Nagar, specifically at the address 19/20. I’ve been working from here for quite some time now. It’s a small, simple setup, nothing too grand or impressive to look at. When people come to see me, they usually find me at my desk surrounded by piles of papers and a few books. It’s a relatively quiet corner of the neighborhood, which I really like because it helps me focus on whatever I am doing. I handle various tasks depending on what needs to be done on any given day. It isn't a big corporation with lots of employees running around. It is just me, Shraddha Phatak, making sure everything is handled correctly and on time. I don't really use a lot of fancy words to describe what I do. I just help out with the things people ask for when they reach out. Sometimes the phone rings all day long, and other times it’s very still and I can just get through my work in peace. I’ve lived and worked in this area long enough that I know the rhythms of the street outside and the neighbors who pass by. I don’t have a big sign out front or anything like that to grab attention. Most people find out about me through word of mouth from someone else. It’s a very personal way to run a business. I like being able to talk directly to everyone who comes by. It feels more natural that way. I just try to keep things organized and do my work steadily.
