Baba Golden

We’re over in Pimpri, running the show here at Baba Golden. It’s a straightforward transport business. Pimpri is a busy area with a lot of industrial activity, so we fit right in. We don’t have a massive office or anything like that, just a functional space where we handle the day-to-day operations. Most of our work involves coordinating loads and making sure the drivers know their routes. We’ve been around for a while, so we’ve seen how the area has grown and changed. It’s a noisy place with all the traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We don’t do anything too fancy. We just focus on getting things moved from one place to another without too much fuss. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, or the roads are blocked, but we just find a way around it. It’s a lot of practical problem-solving. We have a small crew and we all pitch in where needed. It’s not a job for someone who wants a quiet office life. There’s always something happening, whether it’s a truck needing maintenance or a schedule that needs to be shifted at the last minute. We take it as it comes. We aren't big on speeches or fancy titles. We're just a local business in Pimpri doing what we know how to do. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and we like the pace of it. We just keep our trucks on the road and stay busy.
