Vaishali Patki

I operate from A-3/1 in Mirle Mansiow, right along the Outerring Road in Chinchwad. Being in Satellite Town means things around here are always moving, but my space stays pretty grounded. My name is Vaishali Patki, and this is where I spend most of my working hours. It’s a bit of a mix here, sometimes quiet and sometimes quite busy with people dropping by. Mirle Mansiow is a recognizable building if you’re driving along the ring road. I’ve set up my office to be functional rather than showy. I think people appreciate that when they come in. It’s just a room with the essentials—a desk, some chairs, and my files. I don't like having a lot of extra stuff that doesn’t serve a purpose. Chinchwad has grown so much lately, and Satellite Town is right in the middle of it all. Most people find me through someone they know. I’ve lived in this area for years, so I understand the local pace. I don't use a lot of fancy titles or corporate speak. I just talk to people like they’re my neighbors, because often they are. If you’re looking for A-3/1, just keep an eye out for the building near the main road. It’s easy to find if you know the landmark. I keep things straightforward and try to help out however I can with the services I provide from this small office. It's a simple way to work.
