We operate out of Survey No 34/4 in Kamathe Patil Nagar, over in the Yevalewadi area of Kondhwa Budruk. This part of town has been changing quite a bit lately, with more buildings going up every year. We’ve been here in the middle of it all, just doing our thing. It’s a bit of a maze of streets to get here, but once you find us, there’s usually someone around to help out. Our day starts early, usually before the traffic gets too bad. We spend a lot of time moving heavy materials around the yard. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, and we usually end the day covered in dust and mud. We’ve got a small group of guys who work here, and we all know each other pretty well. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to get the orders filled and keep the yard running. Sometimes we run into issues with the machines or the weather, but we just fix what we can and keep going. Most of our customers are locals who are working on their own houses or small projects in the neighborhood. It feels good to see the stuff we make being used in the buildings just down the street. It’s a simple setup, and we like it that way because it is manageable and keeps us connected to the neighborhood.
