Shirole Estate Partners LLP is based out of Kismat Lodge. We are located at 1205/3/1 in Shivaji Nagar, right on J M Road. It’s a very well-known part of the city, so people usually find us without much trouble. Kismat Lodge has been around for a while and our office inside has a bit of that older character to it. We don’t have a modern, sleek setup with bright lights. Instead, it’s a comfortable, slightly cramped space filled with folders and local property records. Being on J M Road means there is always energy outside, but inside we just focus on our work. We deal with estate matters and help people figure out their property needs in Shivaji Nagar and nearby areas. We’ve lived and worked around here for a long time, so we know the streets pretty well. It’s not about being a huge firm for us. We prefer the personal touch of a smaller partnership. Most of our day is spent talking to clients or checking on local listings. We keep things informal. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and going over some old documents. We like the history of the building we are in. It makes the work feel more grounded. We aren't here to impress anyone with fancy furniture, just to do the job properly from our little corner of Kismat Lodge. It is a nice place to work from.
