Sharp & Tannan Associates

Our office, Sharp & Tannan Associates, is over in Mangalwar Peth at Lloyds Chambers. We are in office number 802 on Dr Ambedkar Road. It’s a tall building and we are way up on the 8th floor. Being right opposite Ambedkar Bhavan is the best way to tell people where we are. The elevators in Lloyds Chambers are usually quite busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is starting work. Once you get up to 802, it’s a bit quieter than the street level. We have a good view of the city from this height. The office is quite old-fashioned in its setup. We have heavy desks and a lot of filing cabinets that have been here for years. It’s a very solid, established feel, but not in a way that feels corporate or fake. We just have a lot of work to do and the space reflects that. There’s often a lot of paper moving from one desk to another. We have a small area for guests to wait, but it’s usually just more stacks of files. Mangalwar Peth is a central part of Pune, so it’s easy for us to get to other parts of the city, even if the traffic on Ambedkar Road is a nightmare sometimes. We just settle in and do our thing every day. It’s a plain, honest working environment where we spend most of our daylight hours sitting and working.
