Sharmishta Infinity Realtors Llp is located in the Hari Ganga building over in the Yerwada area. Specifically, we are in Building A2, Flat 802. We cover a lot of ground around Pune City, but this is where we call home. Real estate is a tricky business with all the rules and regulations, so we spend a lot of time just keeping up with the laws. We aren't a big, fancy corporation. It is a small team here. We mostly help people look at flats and handle the booking process. The area around S. No. 129 has seen a lot of development lately, so there is always a lot of activity. We deal with developers and individual sellers alike. It’s a lot of phone calls and standing around at construction sites. We try to be as straightforward as possible about what a property offers. If the location has traffic issues or if the building is still waiting for certain permissions, we mention it. It’s better for everyone that way. Our office in 411006 is where we do all our back-office work, filing papers and checking records. It’s a practical job and we take it one day at a time. We don't have a big mission statement. We just want to get through the work and help people find a place to live or invest in.
