Sharad Salunkhe & Associates

Sharad Salunkhe & Associates is based out of Flat-5 in the Green Harvest building. If you know Pune, you know Hadapsar is quite busy these days. We are right across from Magarpatta City, which is always full of traffic and people rushing around. Our little office feels a bit quieter than the main road, though. It is a standard residential-style setup, 411028 area code. We have got some plants by the window that don't always get enough water, but they survive. The commute can be a bit of a headache with the flyover construction and all the bikes, but we manage to get in by nine most mornings. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs before starting the files. The building has a lift, but it is often faster to just take the stairs if you aren't carrying too much. We do a lot of our work on computers, looking out at the skyline of Magarpatta. It is a good mix of the old Hadapsar feel and the new buildings coming up everywhere. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby in the society. It isn't a huge operation, just a few of us sitting around desks, making sure the work gets done. Pune weather is usually nice, except when it pours and the roads get messy. We are just here doing our bit every day. India is growing and we see it from our window.
