Shah Properties

Shah Properties is located in the Ajanta Complex, which is part of the Pune Cantonment Board area. We are up on the fifth floor in room 501. It’s a good vantage point to see the surroundings. We are quite close to KEM Hospitel, which is the main landmark everyone uses to find us. The complex is a bit older, and the elevator can be a bit temperamental sometimes. We have 34 in our address as well. The Cantonment area has a different feel compared to the rest of Pune. It’s a bit more organized. Our office is a straightforward space with some files and chairs. We deal with property matters all day long. It involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet up on the fifth floor. We can see the hospital traffic from our window. People coming to the Ajanta Complex usually know where they are going. We have been here at 501 for a decent amount of time. It’s a practical location for what we do. We don't have any flashy posters or big displays. It’s just a place to sit down and talk about real estate. The building has a lot of other offices too. We usually start our day early before the hospital area gets too crowded. Shah Properties is just a small team working out of this suite. We spend our time checking listings and talking to folks.
