Our shop is on the first floor of Natraj Hights in Narayan Peth. If you know the area, we are quite near the Alka Talkies, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Being in Narayan Peth means it’s always crowded and there’s always something happening on the street. We’ve got Shop No 1, so it’s not too hard to find once you get inside the building. It’s a small team here, just us working on whatever projects are currently on the table. The office is usually a bit cluttered with documents and maps, but we know where everything is. We don’t really spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture because that’s not what we’re about. We just need a place to sit and do our work. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there’s someone coming in to discuss a plan or check on some papers. We have a tea guy who comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break. It’s a very local way of doing things. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s central and people know they can find us here. We don’t make a lot of noise about what we do, we just get on with it. It’s just a regular office life in a very traditional part of Pune city that we have grown to love over the years.
