Senior Technician

I’m currently over in Vitthalwadi at the Ujjwalangan Society. The flat is A-18, and I’m with Avinash Mahamuni here. This is in the Hingane Khurde area of Pune. It’s a decent society, pretty quiet most of the time which I appreciate. Being a senior technician means there’s always something that needs fixing or looking at. The workspace is part of the flat, so it’s a bit of a tight squeeze with all the equipment. I have my multimeters, tools, and soldering irons set up on a small wooden table near the window. Pune-51 is a good place to be, even if the traffic toward the city center is a total mess most days. I usually start my work pretty early in the morning before it gets too warm outside. There isn't a big sign outside or any advertisements. Most people who know me just call up or drop by when they need help. I’ve been doing technical work for years, so I’ve seen a bit of everything by now. Sometimes the parts I need take forever to arrive in the mail, which can be frustrating. I just wait and work on whatever else is on the bench in the meantime. It’s a simple way to earn a living without too much stress. The society has some nice trees around which helps keep the air a bit cooler. I spend a lot of time here just tinkering with things until they work again and things feel right.
