SE1 STAR ESTATE LLP

We are SE1 STAR ESTATE LLP and we operate out of Wagholi. Our setup is in Flat No.904 at The Orchid, which is right near the IVY Estate. If you know the Wagholi area, you know it’s been growing quite a lot lately. We decided to base ourselves here because it’s where all the action is. Living and working in the same vicinity gives us a decent perspective on what’s happening with the local property market. It’s not a big commercial plaza office; we work from this flat. It feels more personal that way. We spend a lot of time looking at different estates around Haveli. The 412207 zip code is basically our backyard. We handle different types of real estate tasks. It’s mostly about helping people figure out where they want to stay or invest. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon or sales talk. We just talk to people plainly. Sometimes we are out on sites looking at new buildings and other times we are just here at the desk with the laptop. The Orchid is a nice building and being on the ninth floor gives us a good view of how much the neighborhood is changing every day. Wagholi has a lot of energy these days with new people moving in. We are just a small group trying to stay on top of the paperwork and the deals. It’s hard work but it keeps us busy and we like the pace of this growing area.
