Scotland Secursities is down at Sanas Plaza in Shukrawar Peth. We are on the ground floor at unit 1302, so you do not have to deal with any stairs or elevators to find us. It is a busy area and the plaza always has something going on. We have been set up here for a while. The office is not massive, but it fits what we need. Being in Shukrawar Peth means there is always a lot of activity around us. We like the energy of the place. Our team is small and we mostly just focus on our specific tasks throughout the week. We are not the type of place with a fancy lobby or free coffee for everyone who walks in. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The address at 1302 Sanas Plaza is where you can usually find someone if you need to talk. Sometimes the ground floor gets a bit dusty with all the foot traffic coming in and out, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We do not mind it at all. It feels real. We have stayed here because it is convenient for everyone. Scotland Secursities is not trying to be a giant firm. We just want to do our bit from our little corner of the building. It is a practical setup for a practical business. That is how we have always operated and it seems to work fine for us.
