SBM SPACE Realty LLP is located over in Erandwana, specifically at Matai Chambers on the Mhatre Bridge Main Road. We have those offices numbered 1 to 3 on the first floor. It’s a good spot because Mhatre Bridge is such a central point for everyone traveling through Pune. We’ve been set up here for a while now. The building is right there on the main road so it’s hard to miss if you’re driving by. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace. We deal with real estate things day in and day out. Some days are slow and others we are running around trying to get things signed. It gets busy being in Erandwana Goathan. We deal with various property bits and pieces across the city. Being on the first floor makes it easy for people to just walk up. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people working together to manage the realty side of things. We know the 411004 area like the back of our hands. It’s a nice part of Pune to work in. There’s always some activity happening outside on the main road. We keep our doors open for anyone needing to talk about space or land. It’s pretty straightforward work really. We focus on the local market and try to keep things simple for everyone involved. That’s what we do here at the office. We don't do fancy lunches or big meetings, just normal work.
