We are located at Surya Ganga, specifically in Flat G 2 of Block A1. Our spot is right near the Kalbhairavnath Mandir in the Dhayari area of Pune. It’s a bit of a quiet corner, which is actually quite nice for the kind of work we do at Savan Leeg Securities Llp. We handle securities and all the related paperwork, so it requires a lot of focus and keeping things in a very specific order. The office isn't very big at all, but it’s organized enough for us. Being so close to the temple means we get a lot of people passing by our windows, and sometimes they pop in just to ask what we do here. We aren't big on advertising or fancy signs; we just do our work and let people see the results for themselves over time. It’s a very straightforward setup. We have a few desks, some computers, and plenty of filing cabinets full of records. Dhayari has its own slow pace, and we fit right in with that lifestyle. We don't use any fancy jargon or corporate speak when we talk to people. If someone has a question about their securities, we just explain it in plain English. Sometimes the weather gets a bit dusty around Surya Ganga when the wind picks up, but we just keep the windows shut and keep working. It’s a small team here. We know each other well and we know our clients even better. There’s no big hierarchy or complicated rules. We just show up and do the work.
