Satya Properties

We run Satya Properties from our office at 45 Mohamadwadi, on Honey Park Road in Nyati Estate. It’s a nice part of Pune and we’ve seen it grow a lot over the years. We aren't one of those big real estate firms with billboards and fancy ads. It’s just a couple of us who know the local area really well. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or taking people to look at flats and plots around here. The office is pretty basic—just some chairs, a table, and maps of the local developments pinned to the walls. Nyati Estate is a well-known spot, so it’s easy for people to find us. We get a lot of walk-ins from people just passing by on Honey Park Road. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics. We just show what’s available and talk about the price. It’s straightforward work, though the paperwork can be a real headache sometimes. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we’ve seen the roads get busier and the buildings get taller. It’s a community we care about. We like meeting different people every day and helping them find a place that fits what they’re looking for. It’s a quiet business, mostly built on just being honest with folks and knowing the neighborhood well.
