Down at Nigidi 42, you’ll find our little setup for Sathya Sai Aqua Pura Services. It’s a simple shop, really. We don’t have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. We mostly have filters and parts piled up in the back. People in the neighborhood know where we are if they have a problem with their water. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we’ve seen just about every kind of leak or clog you can imagine. We don't use a lot of marketing talk because we don't think it's necessary. If someone has a problem, they just want it fixed. We try to be straightforward with people about what needs to be done. Some days the shop is empty and we’re all out on calls, and other days people are dropping by all morning. We just take it as it comes. It’s a local business, so we’re not looking to take over the world. We just want to make sure our neighbors have what they need. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the paperwork, but we always make sure the actual work gets done. It’s just a few of us here, and we’ve lived in this area most of our lives. It’s a good place to be, and we plan on staying here for a long time. We usually close up early on Sundays to spend time with our families.
