Satawaji Properties

Down here in Kuruli, things are a bit different than the main city. Our place is near the Marsadi Pvt.Ltd Company. It’s a landmark everyone knows around here. We handle a lot of land and small houses in the Kan Khed area. It’s mostly local folks coming in to talk about their fields or maybe a small plot they want to sell because they need the money for a wedding or something. I spend a lot of time out of the office, actually. I’m usually on my bike going from one post to another to check on a boundary or meet a farmer. The office is just a small room where we keep the documents safe. It’s quiet most of the time unless a truck goes by on the road. We don't have a website or fancy brochures. If someone wants to see a property, we just go there and walk the land. It's honest work. I know which parts of Kuruli get water issues and which parts are better for building. People trust us because we’ve been part of this village for a long time. My family is from here. We don't use big words or try to push anyone. If a deal happens, it happens. If not, we just sit and have some water. It’s a slow pace of life but we like it that way. The sun gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually do our meetings early or late.
