I operate out of 178 Chinchwad, which is a place many people in the area are familiar with. It is not a massive corporate setup, just a straightforward space where I handle my daily business tasks. Chinchwad is a busy industrial and residential hub, so there is always something going on just outside the door. My day usually starts early, getting things sorted and responding to whoever needs help. The office at 178 is where I keep all my records and tools. It’s a bit lived-in, with papers on the desk and a chair that has seen better days, but it works for me. I don't bother with a flashy front or spending money on things that don't help the work get done. Most of the people I deal with are locals or folks who have known me for years. We talk about what needs to be fixed or handled, and I get to it. Sometimes the traffic in Chinchwad makes it hard for people to visit, but we manage. I’ve lived and worked in this part of town for quite some time now, so I’ve seen it grow and change. The building at 178 is solid and keeps the rain out, which is enough for me to keep doing what I do. It is just me here most of the time, making sure things stay on track without making a big deal out of it. It’s honest, steady work in a part of town I know well. I usually have a cup of tea in the afternoon while I finish up.
