I’ve been working out of Tejomalya Society 4 for a good while now. It’s right on Cipla Foundation Road in Warje. This area has grown so fast lately. I remember when there were hardly any buildings around here and it was mostly open ground. Now, it's all apartments and shops. My office is basically just a desk and a couple of chairs for whoever drops by. People usually come in looking for a flat to rent or maybe a small office space nearby. I spend a lot of time on my scooter, going from one building to another to check on keys or show someone a kitchen layout. The traffic on Cipla Foundation Road can be a real headache in the evenings. I mostly deal with people from the neighborhood or folks moving to Warje for their first jobs. I don't have any fancy brochures or a big budget for ads. Usually, someone just gives my number to a friend who needs a place. I try to be honest about the properties—like if the water pressure is low or if the neighbors are noisy. It saves everyone time in the long run. Some days I'm at the office all day, other days I'm out at the government offices dealing with stamps and seals. It’s a bit of a juggle, but I’ve got a system that works for me and the people who come looking for a house.
