If you walk down the street in Sadashiv Peth, you’ll find us at number 102. It’s an old building, but it has a lot of character, and we’ve been here long enough that the walls feel familiar. Santosh Pajgade & Associates is basically just a few of us sitting around desks, handling whatever comes in that day. The neighborhood is always bustling with students and shoppers, so there’s plenty of noise coming in through the windows. We keep a lot of files. Sometimes it feels like we’re drowning in paper, but we know where everything is, mostly. We don’t have a big receptionist or a fancy waiting room with leather chairs. It’s more of a place where you just pull up a stool and talk to us. We’ve known some of our clients for years. They come by not just for work, but sometimes just to say hello or share some news. It’s a busy life here in the Peth. The stairs are a bit steep, and the lighting could be better, but we like it this way. It feels real. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just do the work that needs doing, day in and day out, and try to make sure we don't miss any deadlines. It’s a steady rhythm that keeps us going through the week. We usually shut the lights off by six and head out.
